Darghan St Glebe, Sydney Estimated Cost: $450,000 Estimated Completion: 2006/2007 The project consisted of 2 storey rear and side additions to a free standing Victorian Terrace on 2 blocks of land which overlook Blackwattle Bay. The philosophy behind the renovation was to create simple, skillion roofed, additions which were linked to the existing house with glass roofed walkways and stairways. These glass roofed circulation spaces act as a transitional zone between the old and new and serve to link the additions without compromising the character of the existing 'robust' structure.
