Mount Street Sydney - Terrace

Mount Street terrace was a typical Sydney inner city unrenovated terrace that had much potential. To free up the complicated planning we opened up the two levels to each other by positioning centrally located light well. The living and dining area become linked to the new two storey addition at the rear by a timber slated bridge. The new addition comprises the kitchen and family areas at ground level with the second bedroom and open deck with views above.

The result is a modern urban terrace full of light, flexibilty and simplicity of planning.
